Terms of use

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms govern your use of TryPage, a web platform that gives businesses a profile page at their own username link, operated by Thinks Company ("we", "us"). By using the platform or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Definitions

  • Visitor: anyone browsing pages on the platform.
  • User: someone who creates an account to follow businesses.
  • Business owner: someone who creates a business page, or takes over a page our team created on their behalf.

Accounts

  • The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
  • You must be at least 18 to create a business page, and at least 13 to create an account that follows businesses.
  • An activation link our team sends to a business owner works once and expires after 7 days.

Business pages and their content

  • Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of what they publish, such as name, description, address, contact numbers, prices and images.
  • You must have the right to use the logos, images and text you upload.
  • You may not create a page for a business or brand you don't own or represent, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • You grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to display, copy, format and translate your page content as needed to run and promote the platform.

Usernames

  • Usernames are unique and appear in your page link.
  • We may reclaim a username that impersonates others, infringes a trademark or breaks these terms, and we may reserve names for the platform's own use.
  • When you change your username, the old one stays reserved for 14 days and redirects visitors to the new one.

Verification

The blue badge is granted manually after a business owner requests it and our team checks it, and we may decline or remove it at any time. Verification means we confirmed the page is connected to the business; it is not a guarantee of its products or services.

Follower counts and statistics

The follower count shown on a page may include figures set by the platform's administrators for display purposes, so it does not necessarily equal the number of accounts actually following the page. Business owners see their actual follower count and page statistics in their dashboard.

Plans and payment

  • The free plan is open to everyone; its pages show an ad space and a "Made with TryPage" note.
  • Premium is a paid plan at the monthly or yearly price published on the platform. A page returns to the free plan automatically when its subscription ends.
  • Payment and refund terms are shown when you subscribe.

Add-ons and orders

Add-ons such as the menu, shop and booking show information provided by the business owner. Orders and bookings made over WhatsApp or external links are an agreement directly between the visitor and the business; we are not a party to them and are not responsible for fulfilling or paying for them.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes others' rights;
  • advertise prohibited products or services;
  • send spam or collect visitors' data without their permission;
  • attempt to break into, disrupt or access other people's accounts on the platform.

Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or delete a page or account that breaks these terms or the law, and tell its owner why where we can. You can ask us to delete your account or page at any time through contact us.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, logo and software belong to us. Your page content remains yours or its owners'.

Limitation of liability

We provide the platform "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for any dealings between visitors and businesses, or for temporary service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish the new version on this page with its effective date and tell business owners about material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
